Domestic Orders.
Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery to most parts of Australia. Our shipping rates are the standard Australia Post rates.

International Orders.
Please e-mail sales@planetorganic.com.au listing your address and the products you wish to order. We will then e-mail you a quote for postage

Lost or damaged goods

If goods are lost or damaged in transit please contact us at sales@planetorganic.com.au within 7 business days of placing your order so that we can investigate.
