DIRECTIONS
 
Use 1-2 teaspoons per cup of hot water.
Steep then strain.

Antispasmodic Digestive Aid: Fennel can be highly beneficial in reducing digestive cramping, gas and bloating. May stimulate mucus membranes in digestive tract, encouraging motility and peristalsis. Traditionally used to reduce intestinal spasms resulting from IBS, leaky gut, coeliac disease, candidiasis. Tea properties pass through breast milk; may reduce infant colic. DIRECTIONS
Use up to 4 teaspoons per day in 3 cups of boiled water.
Steep and strain, use as needed.

Digestive Stimulant: Fenugreek may stimulate the appetite and relieve dyspepsia or gastritis. A mild laxative. May relieve excess mucus of upper respiratory passages. May assist with reduction of high cholesterol.
DIRECTIONS
Use 1 teaspoon per cup of water.
Steep in almost boiling water for up to 3 hours.
Strain and drink. Add more water to pot, do not add more seed, reheat for another cup or two. 2 or 3 cups maximum daily. Not recommended for children under 14.

DIRECTIONS

Some water will boil off and more will absorb during steeping.
