Cough & Catarrh Relief. Vitamin Rich: Organic Speedwell may be a useful cough remedy. May aid digestion, anti inflammatory, liver protective and laxative. May relieve mouth ulcers, sore throats and symptoms of gout. Rich in vitamins and tannins.
DIRECTIONS
Use 1 teaspoon to 1 cup of boiled water.
Steep for 5 minutes, and strain.
Drink any time of day. 3 cups daily maximum. Do not use more than the 1 teaspoon per cup. Children under 12 should have no more than 1/4 of the adult dose.
