Aids Anxiety & Insomnia
Lemon Balm may assist reduce anxiety, increase calmness and improve mood. May help overcome insomnia and improve cognitive performance and memory. Relaxes the gut and may be of benefit for adults and children with colic.
DIRECTIONS Use 1 teaspoon of herb to one cup of very hot water. Steep for 5-10 minutes then strain. Use several times daily as needed. Drink hot or cold as preferred. Half dose for children. dose for very young children. Sweeten with honey or stevia.
