Licorice Root Loose Leaf Tea 100g - Certified Organic

The following information has been provided by our naturopath for general reference and educational purposes only. Anti-inflammatory. Soothes Stomach Complaints: Licorice Root may soothe stomach ulcers, sore throat, bronchitis, chronic gastritis, heartburn, indigestion, colic and menopausal symptoms. May support the function of adrenal glands. Soothes coughs. Relieves bacterial and viral infections. Traditionally licorice has been used to increase fertility in women.

DIRECTIONS

1. Use 2 teaspoons to 1 large cup of water.
2. Boil in water, let simmer for 1 hour for maximum flavour.
3. Simmer with any milk as preferred.
4. Strain, drink hot or cold.

2 cups daily maximum. Children under 12, maximum 1 cup per day, made with no more than 1/2 teaspoon herb.

We will ship using a standard Australia Post service or a courier service whereby you can track your order easily.

Shipping notifications will be sent when the parcel has been dispatched.  Once a delivery has been picked up by the courier, it is no longer our responsibility.  It is the customers responsibility to inform us if an order has not arrived in a timely manner.  We will then contact the courier to investigate further.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct as we are unable to re-direct packages once your order has been dispatched.

Any delivery date or times specified by us is a best estimate and based on information from Australia Post.  Planet Organic will not be liable for any reasonable and unavoidable delays in delivery.

Pre-ordered products will only be shipped when they are available.

In the event the product you receive is incorrect or defective please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product so we can rectify the issue. To be eligible for a return on an incorrect product the product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

Please email hello@planetorganic.com.au with your order number, contact details and a brief description of the problem.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  We’ll either provide a replacement or a refund for the product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds will be processed promptly via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.   

Kindly note that return costs for returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases are the responsibility of the customer.
